I am sizing water laterals for a retirement home / assisting living / hospital complex.

Does anyone have water fixture unit information for industrial washing machines? Anyone know how to estimate it? One company claims 29 gpm for their unit. Some water treatment company is saying about 68 gpm for a 135 lb unit.
