It's good that you recognize your short comings - I look forward to the day when you have overcome them.
 
Wow... 2006 IBC 903.2.7 "an automatic sprinkler systems installed with Section 903.3 shall be provided throughout ALL buildings with a group R fire area"... Section 903.2.5 Group I "An automatic sprinkler systems shall be provided throughout buildings with a Group I fire area". How are they figuring they don't need a sprinkler system?
