2009 404.2.3 Hardware obstruction

404.2.3 Maneuvering Clearances. Minimum maneuvering clearances at doors shall comply with Section 404.2.3 and shall include the full clear opening width of the doorway. Required door I maneuvering clearances shall not include knee and toe clearance.

Does this layout below comply anymore for hospitals and public use?

Not adequate doorway approach clearances...if a door closure is provided which it should be since toilet compartments require self closing doors......

I agree with BB...if there is a closer...NG....And we have an amendment where at least one faucet in each has controls and flow within 13" from front of lav....
