2009 IBC Commentary Section 708

Could anyone please tell me if section 708.1 Shaft Enclosures of the '09 Commentary still includes reference to "interior stairways"?

It appears that they were included in the 2006 but removed from the 2012 Commentary and unfortunately we do not have a copy of the 2009 edition.
