2009 NFPA 101 Section 15.2.11.1.2 Item #(5)

Does the section mean that all parts of Item #(5) have to be met? It has been my experience that unless it states "shall apply to one of the following" then all items must apply.

(5) (a) through (f) would be inclusive. All would need to be present for exception 5 to apply

It says “The requirements of 15.2.11.1.1 shall not apply to the following” and "unless otherwise permitted by 15.2.11.1.2"

I agree with CD whereas the requirements of 15.2.11.1.1 are exempt where all of the subset conditions of (5) of 15.2.11.1.2 are met.
