answered my own question, 310.104
A lot of things got moved esp. in art. 310 and that is not to mention that they relabel Table 310.16 to T310.15(B)(6). They also redid a few of the ampacities in that table.

i'm seeing it. just tabbing, thumbing through, need to get it done for master electrician exam ( i'd like to test under 2008, but , ...............

Regarding the 2011 NEC...

Some time back, I was looking for a down-loadable [ FREE ]

version of the `08 NEC and requested a site or a down-loadable

copy, ...to which, someone on this forum was kind and gracious

enough to send me a free version of the `08 NEC.

I am again respectfully requesting either a site or a

down-loable copy of the 2011 NEC.......Does anyone on here

have a down-loadable copy, or know of a site that I can access

the 2011 NEC, ...something similar to the FREE ICC codes?

Thank you for your consideration!

P.S. Yes, I am aware that the 2011 NEC is available for

sale in a myriad of places. :D
