What Are the Hearings All About?
Public hearings of the Code Development Committees are open meetings. Any interested person may attend and participate in the Floor Discussion and Assembly Consideration portions of the hearing. Only eligible voters are permitted to vote on Assembly Considerations. The intent of the public hearing is to permit interested parties to present their views including the cost and benefits on the code change proposals on the published agenda. • Membership Councils will convene from 8-10am
• A presentation on ‘cdp ACCESS’ Expanding Code Development Participation,
• will be given from 10:15-11:15am
