Anyone have any experience with retrofitting metal containers for commercial use (Restaurant) and complying with 2015 IECC. The containers are already pretty tight size wise and looking at adding insulation will make them even tighter. Also wanting to add lots of windows.

You have your hands full on this one. CA has seismic as well as energy requirements but is allowing their use on a case by case basis. They are also being converted to classrooms and in Los Angeles there is a whole grouping of containers being used for popup restaurants.
