Having a discussion with an architect in regards to 4666 sq. ft. "warehouse/storage" area that will be used for "temporary storage, vehicle/equipment maintenance". I believe that they need to meet the requirements for ventilation as it pertains to Table 403.3.1.1. That would require .06 CFM of ventilation per sq.ft. and .75 CFM per sq.ft of exhaust, MUA would also need to be introduced. Am I missing something and or applying the code incorrectly?
