2018 IEBC Minimum Ceiling Height in Historic Building

Hello,
In the basement of a historic building with very low floor to ceiling height, I have a janitors closet that is working out to have a 6'-8" ceiling height. I have found 801.3.4 to say 7'-0" would be acceptable in an existing building.

Is there anything else that would make the 6'-8" acceptable?

Just cleanup. Emptying a mop bucket and grabbing supplies.
