Not a fire code guy, but here are my answers:

For clarity, this is Part 2 under Division A.
1) c
2) d - however, there are code changes in the work for protection of the impact of farm buildings on adjacent non-farm buildings, which was missed when Part 2 came into the code.
3) b
4) b
5) b (that is OS3.4)
6) Obvious answer is d, but b is also questionable. all spatial separation requirements are OP3 objectives. Clauses can have multiple objectives, but these don't.
7) c

9) b
10) c
11) c
12) b
13) b
