how many of you out there are requiring this training, certification and work applications to older home remodels ? It came into law in vt., just before i came to texas (anything remodel older than 1976, you have to apply these rules and practices. just curious where else it's being done.
 
Although not certain on specifics for states or at the Federal level but Pennsylvania as a state is mandating this initiative upon contractors. Do not know how many municipalities are verifying.
