5x5 toilet stall partition

Using ANSI A117-2009.

Can a door, in the attached PDF file, in a toilet partition, swing like this?

The diagrams, in section 604.9.3, they have in the ANSI book, have the hinge shown different, but do not show this layout.

Door yes, depth of stall no as it lacks clear space in front of wc.

Since this is a toilet partition - why won't this work - see picture from 2017 ICC ANSI.. ALSo BTW, the door swing will not work as you fail to provide adequate space beyond the door for maneuvering .
