90 degree horizontal elbow for lav in hospital

Even the real pros are not perfect. This is actually the first plumbing defect I ever found with these plumbers in a hospital.

No clean out in site.

Limited info equals limited answer--o, maybe your in upc land--Where more than one change of direction occurs in a run of piping, only one cleanout shall be required for each 40 feet (12 192 mm) of developed length of the drainage piping. Actually propably a vent to begin with. :o
 
well, words mean things.

also, if that is 2 inch cast iron in the photo, then the short sweep is legal in that application (assuming it is a fixture drain).
