You know it's a pretty good sized project when the delivery is not yet complete, and the site looks like this:

The way things are looking today - I would predict 10 -15 years of strong growth for our area. The ground breaking for the billion dollar + NBAF facility here in Manahttan has lit a fire under our commercial growth. It was strong over the last few years while the rest of the country faced a down turn, and now....look out!
 
I didn't know the National Black Arts Festival had that kind of budget....WOW.....Oh ..no ...wait....Homeland security...THAT explains it....We are not that far from Plum Island that was a bit of a news story here....
 
Congrats... being here where construction never really slowed down, it's been harder for me to appreciate what the rest of you have been experiencing.
