Acid Magic containment

I went to do a final inspection at the local YMCA remodel and when I enter this storage room right off the pool area this is what I found. I’m sure the contractor doesn’t see anything wrong with this or the people who run the YMCA don’t even care about the safety of the people who use there facility. So how do I approach this situation?

Issue a Stop Work Order [ on the remodel project ] and seek compliance from the owner. Get your

Fire Marshall / Fire Chief / Fire Dept. Head involved as well.

I would require them to have a big stack of SHAM-WOW cloths to wipe up any spills!!!!
