ADA Compliancce From a Legal Perspective

It is already out of date based on the 2013 code adoption, most, not all, of the differences between the CBC and the ADASAD have beem removed. The CBC accessibility chapter for non residential uses the 2010 ADASAD as it base format.

But this is what lawyers go by, we have laws so convoluted that even lawyers can't keep up with them.

Some would say they are making progress by using the federal ADASAD as the base for the CBC accessibility code.

It will help the issues with many of the conflicts. Between the code and standards.
