i'm getting a lot of air blowing out during operation at the point where the lineset enters the air handler. normal?

Your air leakage does not sound normal.......Have you checked,

or has the installer checked all of the seams & joints, or

has the installer installed everything according to the

manufacturer's installation instructions?
