Alabama IRC

Ok, I looked under the regional area and found nothing and also on the AL, state website linked below.

Can anyone tell me if or how the AHJ work for IRC in AL, it seems they list all the commercial IE: IBC and other but not the IRC.

Is it local thing?, or county thing, or do they just build under a modified IBC for residential?
