Alberta Building Code Question - Commercial Wall Build

Commercial wall build (2 walls, actually) interior of an already constructed 20 year old building.

Building a very, very large feature wall, double sided, floor to ceiling, 40 foot high, 65 feet in length.This is kind of like building a very tall, narrow, rectangular box in the center of a big open area. The public will have no access to the dead 6 foot "corridor" space between the walls, except for maintenance workers of course. There is a hanging walkway that runs along the ceiling at the 30 foot mark, so maintenance workers can access ceiling tiles, sprinklers, lights etc.. Because this walkway runs the length of the walls, and where structural beams are located, the walls will be about 6 feet in width apart from each other stud to stud. Because of the walkway, I cannot seal the top half of the "sides" of the box, I am forced to leave them open . Structural drawings have been completed for these walls as it will require cross beams in order for the 2 walls to support one another, they will also be tied into structural beams floor to ceiling. A sprinkler line runs right down the middle of where these 2 walls will attach to ceiling joists, so in the event of a fire, the interior of 6 foot void would have active sprinklers.

Finally, my questions:. Do I need some kind of fire rating other than the sprinklers that are in the ceiling? Can I leave the inside box with just the bare studs?
