Allowable FBC (8th Ed, 2023) gap at bottom of Railing?

Is there a specific Florida Building Code (8th Ed., 2023) requirement for the allowable gap at the bottom of railings along a slab.
Many drawings show 2" inches (to stop bottles), but I cannot find it in the code.
All I could find is the basic 4" stop requirement.

Is this elevated above and adjacent to another walking surface? If so, what's the vertical distance between the two walking surfaces?

This is specific to walkaways on multistory condos.
The floors are 9' apart.
But Balconies should have the same requirement.
