So you don't like CARB's gift to the nation?

Neither do I.
I bought a new 1 gal “can” a couple of days ago. Expensive … over $20. This one has a dealie that you depress with the palm of your hand when the spout is in the fuel tank. Actually works pretty well, although the dealie sticks a little. But still very unnecessary.

So the distinguished engineering professor stood before his freshman class on the very first day of classes and announced that by the time they graduated in four years that they would take a perfectly fine product and re-engineer it so as to make it the best it could be. And the fate of the gas can was sealed.
