Any requirements for PU foam used on urinals/water closet pipes?

Looking at the plumbing code, I have not seen any reference to PU foam requirements to secure firm any urinal / WC plastic pipes on the wall behind the fixture.
Are there any standards we need to comply with in terms of say fire safety, or health?
