Building Department Administration 4th edition & Budgeting Guide 3rd Edition.

I'll buy them or trade you the books.

I assume that you are aware that The [ Cash ] Cow
has this & the Budgeting Guide for sale on their site.

Rather than provide a link to their site, you "may" want
visit the ICC website.

Also, ...you could get the ISBN number for the " pdf "
version and see if it is available online.........I checked
Amazon, and it is currently not available in the " pdf "
format.
