Anyone used Egress Simulation modeling software on an assembly project?

An engineer with 4 years of experience (barely meeting the PE licensing requirements) who has a Master's degree on facade fire protection, would not cut it for me, even if they have purchased the most expensive software application.
The way it works here, an engineer would need to prove through a combination of training and experience that they have the competency to perform modelling.

Engineering Bachelors = 4-5 years
Masters = 2-3 years
Engineer in training = 4 years.

So, 10-12 years before someone is able to practice with a masters in engineering here.
