Applicable Codes for Puerto Rico

I'm looking for applicable codes in Puerto Rico, I found this on the ICC website:

2009 seems a little old, I want to make sure this is the current applicable code in Puerto Rico, has a newer edition been adopted? When will a new addition be applicable? What accessibility code is applicable in Puerto Rico?

Looks like the 2009 was adopted in 2011 when I goggled it.

Lots of places are still on the 2009's. Some even older, my home AHJ is still on the 06 editions. 09 is where a lot of AHJ's stalled in the adoptions due to the energy code.
