the code says to drain condensate to an approved location. Well it used to say that but I haven't read that section in a few years.

This is a bootlegged HVAC. I was there for a plumbing with PEX re-pipe. I went to the electrical service to see what is going on with grounding electrodes.

The plumber scared the crap out of the lady HO....telling her that this is extremely dangerous.

Can anyone tell me if this pipe is UV resistant.

It is rated for DWV and pressure....480 PSI.

That pipe is not UV resistant! No standard PVC is, never was never will be. Fortunately the only characteristic that is really affected is that the pipe becomes much more susceptible to breakage from impact. UV degradation does not affect the tensile strength/burst strength of the pipe. Just don't hit it after it has been exposed to the sun for a significant length of time. That pipe doesn't like it's been there very long because it hasn't discolored yet.
