are low height partitions considered a corridor & thus dead end rule applis

if designing an office with low height partitons (approx. 48" aff);

are these partitions considered forming a "corridor" AND if so than a travel distance beyond 20' into a "dead end" cube area formed by these partitions is that a "dead end" per section 1018.4?

No they would not be forming a corridor unless full height.

Common path of travel still applies

Make sure the 75 feet of common path of travel is not exceeded.............. Not an dead end corridor issue but a travel distance issue can be created.
