The opening is not the same size as the pipe it serves...so will it be acceptable as a cleanout in a floor drain?

Looks like it is possibly manufactured by Sioux Chief. Image is linked.

Only two units have an IAPMO listing. Listing is available from IAPMO (linked).

California Plumbing Code allows a 2" pipe to have a 1.5" cleanout.
