Can the HVAC contractor use strap ties to secure the low voltage control cable to the conduit that supplies power to the air handler and condensing fan?

Attaching Low Voltage Cable to Raceways

Or how about this low voltage installation where they attached to electrical conduit? Tell me you don't see this all the time.

Just failed the final at our new Town Truck Wash building for it...and cords for LED lights, 416 maybe?....Bad support on the raceway that was supporting other wiring methods....And some other stuff
