Automatic door opener also have to be 5 pound force manual?

Installed detex A019 series openers on a bathroom door and a pair of hallway doors.

If a user elects to open the door manually and not push the plate (button) to open the door automatically the force to open the door(s) may require more than 5 pounds now with the new detex closers attached (sure feels harder)....

if it in fact takes more than 5 pounds of force now to open these doors would this now be a violation of ADA?

or is it written somewhere that it's an exception because of the automatic opening option?
 
The IBC requires a maximum 5-lb force whether the door has an automatic door operator or not--there is no excpetion.
