I have a client who have a 40 year old 350kW, 4160V generator. Replacement parts are becoming an issue and of course it's reliability has got to be in question given it's age. I'm told by one major vendor of generators that it's difficult to find 4160V units under 1MVA. This of course reliably means that his company does not make such a thing. I was hoping to get a second and perhaps third opinion on this.

Does anyone know of a vendor who might make such a thing.

Thanks,

Mike

yeah - that's what I'm hearing via other avenues. Thanks

It looks like we're going to go with a 480V unit and change the distribution equipment to accommodate the change.

Mike,

Sometimes, ya just gotta update to things that have a more readily available access to parts! :D
