The recent Homeland Security mandate to prepare classrooms against entry by intruders to corridors seems to in conflict with the "one action to activate" intent of ability to operate hardware. It also appears contrary to know deadbolt locks (devices/) allowed on "E" occupancies.

A number of after market devices (designed by school teachers and firefighters) are know being sold for this purpose.

What say you all to this?
