That there was some hydrostatic pressure.

Windows in the upper portion. It appears to be a wood wall that blew out or should a I in, I wonder how many anchor bolts/vertical reinforcement if it was a block/concrete cripple wall.

I replayed it at quarter speed, and then manually did stop action. It actually blew in starting at the bottom, where the wall meets the floor.
