Basic Workflow - Residential Remodel

This is what a basic Residential Remodel permit looks like. This is the sequence. You cannot get to the next stage unless the current stage is completed. For inspections, we can move around the requirements manually if needed. This keeps the contractors from calling in the wrong inspections out of sequence. This component starts once it comes out of intake. The fees are automatically calculated based on the valuation input and verified by the permit techs.
