Saw that. Also saw that it was possibly caused by a fallen power line. Wonder how the poco will try to deflect blame.
 

The reporter stated that the fuel for the fire was PVC pipe stored under the bridge. Also said was that storage under a bridge is not allowed except for a short duration during a construction project. It would take a tremendous amount of PVC to create an inferno that lasts 2 hours.

One would assume that storing construction material under a bridge during a construction project would be material for a bridge construction project and never a fuel load like happened with this fire.
