Had a few of those in some Mercantiles..........the plow and removal guys/gals are making a mint this year.
Google says that the picture was taken in Mexico and that's not "snow" snow....if you catch my drift.

Funny how fast the brain processes information. It quickly occurred to me this was not some expanding device designed to keep school shooters out of the building.... I don't know how I came to based on the picture and wording but funny none the less.
