blocking / support under non bearing walls interior

Where in the IRC does it address non bearing interior walls that run parrallel to a floor joist and not sitting directly on the joist/tji (on flooring only) if/when it requires blocking or bridging in the floor?

It doesn't, just bearing conditions.

Bridging is just if the Joist exceed 2X12.
