Description This full-day course examines critical concepts of the building provisions located in the 2010 CRC. It provides a basis for the correct use and application of the code and builds on an understanding of the intent of the code through practice with real-world examples. This course will also explore the California specific amendments of the CRC and will highlight the needed information every building department in California will need to know to begin enforcing the CRC. This course is applicable for all building inspectors, plans examiners, building officials, fire officials, designers, contractors, architects, engineers and residents.
Special Requirements Certificates are provided to those who stay for entire course, no exceptions. Cancellations made at least one week prior to the seminar will be assessed a 25% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be given after this time – no-shows are still responsible for their registration fees. Registration may be transferred to another individual.
