CASp info

Example? No guarranty of perfection, are you?

Note: the law describes it as a voluntary certification program but requires AHJ's to have certified staff or to contract for services (hire volunteers who have paid for the privlege) and the certified "volunteers" are to abide by DSA mandated standards of care.

Yeah, but the business of the ADA is for disabled people to sue others for fun and profit, if we can sue the CASps for fun and profit maybe we can get some of the money back.

It's only that way in the wonderful state you live in! Us who live in other parts of the country have no recourse when local establishments don't follow ADA requirements. In most cases we don't get any help from local or even federal agencies. The law might just as well not exist as far as we're concerned.
