Chicago suburban City that had some very perscriptive modifications to the IRC

I am looking with the name of the City or the link to bulletin board discussion about the city with very strict perscriptive local modifications to the IRC.

Don't remember if it was on here or the old ICC Bulletin Board. Required things like plywood gussets over the steel nailer plates on trusses and several other things.

I don't believe you can use Romex..

I'd start with a google search for their building codes.
