Chimney Rain Cap for Commercial Building

I just purchased a rain cap to cover the flue of our office building boiler due to problems with water working its way to the boiler vent pipe. The flue is 8"x8". The new rain cap easily covers it an is 12" x 12". Is this compliant with the IBC?
