Church begins Daycare, Preschool, and thru 12th Grade.

Church requesting occupancy for daycare, pre-school and thru 12th grade school. Two story building with one small elevator to second story. No added bathroom facilities, as is. I haven't done one of these before. Daycare and pre-school on first floor; and, 3rd thru 12th grade second floor. Using small sunday school rooms for class rooms and daycare. Any pointers in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Uncle Bob

generally, elementary school class rooms require access directly to the exterior, but that may be a state requirement not an IBC requirement. Preschool usually means students over 2.5 years old, so it's an E occupancy.
