Clamp

EC&M magazine has an article on NEC 680. A visual aid found in the magazine shows a clamp for a bonding jumper. The clamp appears to be installed on two re-bar which is a listing violation as only one re-bar is allowed. It might be installed correctly but the picture isn't clear about that. One would expect better from EC&M magazine.
