This was the other report I received today from a co-worker.

The owner and tenant are getting letters. This property has had ongoing problems with trash, junk vehicles, etc. for years. They are on my yearly list for nuisance abatement.

The last one I saw was simply hung out the window. At least these people did their best to get the water away from the foundation.
