should be a stand alone, topic. The only other choice is Commercial Building and it's all about everything but construction.
4"x12"x?' (They were long) 16"oc. Office space above. Ledger bolts were epoxied at 16"oc. directly behind each floor joist. The original ledger bolts were hit and miss behind the joist. Hangers were omitted due to "scheduling error". The scheduling error turned out to be requesting a frame inspection.
