Conarb is 78 Wow!

Thanks guys, getting ready for final inspection on a $4 million home Friday, my birthday won't be much fun tomorrow, got a hardwood floor layer having problems properly applying penetrating German Polyx Oil on rift-sawn walnut flooring, going to leave at 5:00 in the morning, drive 75 miles, and make him sand the last coat off, will go ahead with final with the inspector and I in booties on the freshly oiled floors.
