If you've every seen the gunk in A/C condensate discharge clear tubing it might be worth the money.

Last year I replaced a vinyl flex condensate line with a new PVC line. This year water was coming out of the A-coil pan and running down the side of the furnace, the condensate line was full of rust and gunk. This year we had to have a new A/C unit and new A-coil installed.

So this product and set-up may be worth it?
