Confusing Double Pole Circuit Breaker

Here is a double pole CB. It is either 60 or 90 or 06 Amps or 09Amps. What gives?

The Type gives it away...BRH290. It is a double pole, 90amp.

Must be a misprinting, which would lead me to question if it is a foreign clone of the actual CB by Cutler Hammer.

I'll just call it a double pole 90/60 since they may have used the wrong breaker during assembly at the factory.
