Copper Gas Line within 6" B-vent clearance

Looking for some insight. Thank you in advance.

How close can a copper gas line be to a B-vent?

Is the copper gas line combustible or non-combustible?
 
I agree with fatboy.. isolate the piping as required by Code. Copper is a metal; the fact that it conveys combustible material isn't the issue.
 
My propane leaves the tank and travels about 50' underground before entering the house as steel pipe.
